創(chuàng)建用戶登錄名稱隨意填寫：
創(chuàng)建用戶后要先復(fù)制保存好AccessKey ID與AccessKey Secret：
然后給剛創(chuàng)建的用戶添加權(quán)限：
搜索輸入nlp然后選擇第一個(gè)，只讀訪問NLP基礎(chǔ)服務(wù)2.0就可以：
